A New School Has Opened At The Refuge Place of Worship In Kumasi

A new Bible school has opened at the Refuge Place of Worship in Kumasi at Mankraso, Ghana.   The school will be using the I.S.O.M. curriculum provided by Covenant Messenger Ministries.   The hosting Pastor is Rev. A Progress Report From Rev. Dotse & wife, Dezire

A report was recently received from the ministry of Rev. Dotse and his wife, Dezire in the Monome and Akeve areas of Ghana. They reported they had two revival meetings at Akeve and Monome resulting in 35 people accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior!   They were then instructed in the importance of baptism, led to a lake and were baptized. The Graduation Services At Kwabenya – January 18, 2018

Kwabenya is in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.  On January 18, 2018, graduation services of the Bible School took place with Rev. Jerry Smith of Claremore, OK, as the guest speaker.  The facilitator for the school is Rev. The Ashongman Graduation – January 28, 2018

Graduation services at Ashongman took place on the 28th of January 2018.   Services began at 3 p.m.  The place was packed to capacity with visitors and the praise and worship was great.    Ten people graduated but there were no ordinations at this time.   Rev. The Graduation At Tema-Ashaiman, Ghana – January 27, 2018

Graduation services took place at Tema-Ashaiman on the 27th of January, 2018.   The auditorium of visitors was full to capacity so it was necessary to extend room by placing a tent outside.  About 250 people attended the program. The program started at 9:00 a.m. and closed by 1:30 p.m. The event was very powerful. Twelve students graduated and eleven were ordained in the ministry.  The Facilitator of the Bible School at Tema-Ashaiman is Rev. John Ababio.  He graduated from the Bible School in 2004.  Rev. Outreach to Bodwiase, The Central Region of Ghana – March, 2018

On March 13, 2018, the Covenant Messenger Ministries evangelism team traveled to the Central Region of Ghana to the village of Bodwaise.  They were graciously received by members of the Author of Faith Church and together, proceeded to walk the streets of Bodwaise passing out Gospel tracts, praying with people and explaining the message of the Cross of Jesus Christ.   As a result of their witnessing, 49 people accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Outreach Report to Odoben Brakwa March 1, 2018

Outreach to Asikuma – February 21, 2018

Four members of the C.M.M. team traveled to the remote village of Asikuma to share tracts, preach the Gospel message, and pray for the sick.  One woman they met was suffering severely from a stomach ulcer.  She had gone to the local hospital and was refused treatment because she didn’t have any money.  Then she met the team.  They didn’t have money to give her but they had something better.  Just as it happened in Acts, chapter 3 when Peter and John went to the Temple.  There at the Temple gate was a crippled man who begged them for money.  ...

This time, we went to Juaso near Konongo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.  The team consisted of four people:  John Harrison, Matthew Kernu, David Osarfo and Della Anning We left Accra around 8:30 a.m. on the 13th of December, 2017 and got to Juaso by 12 p.m.  We lodged at the Rowland Lodge. Outreach to Abefifi, Eastern Region, November - 2017 Greetings to you all for your support and encouragement. The team went to ABETIFI, a mountainous area in the Eastern Region near NKAWKAW for two days. We shared over 267 tracts and explained the messages in the tracts for their understanding. On October 25, 2017, the C.M.M. director, Joseph Boachie Danquah, a.k.a., "Boachie", came to Shenandoah, Iowa to visit with Julie and Val Black, founders of the ministry.   It was a unique time for Boachie as he was privileged to ride with a friend as they combined corn at their farm near Barnard, Missouri.   We also had a great time visiting with the present Catholic priest in Shenandoah, Father Raphael, who is also from Ghana, West Africa, as is Boachie.   During his stay Boachie visited some who were in need of prayer.  He also renewed acquaintances with others who he has ...
