Outreach to Ve Koloenu – June 21, 2022

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

On Tuesday 21St June we traveled to Ve Koloenu in the Volta Region of Ghana. From Ve Koloenu to Accra it is a 3 hour and 45 minutes drive.   We arrived around 11 am and started sharing tracts and preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

A total of 567 tracts were given out and in the process, 156 persons accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior!

21 people rededicated their lives to Jesus as well.

In the village of  Ve Koloenu in the Volta Region, over 60% of the men are drunkards. We found 3 men drinking at a beer bar and we asked if we can share the Word of God with them.  One of them agreed so brother David gave them the tract entitled  “GOD IS NOT MAD AT YOU”.  Then we explained the message on the tract to their understanding.  To our amazement,  all 3 men accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior!   PRAISE THE NAME OF THE LORD!

We met another man sitting in front of his house and Bro. Matthew gave him a tract.  The man asked what was written on the tract and brother Matthew told him it was a gospel tract entitled,  “Your Blood Brother Jesus.“  The man got angry and asked Matthew to leave his presence immediately.  Matthew calmed him down and ask why he was angry.  He told us his son had been very sick and they spent all their money on him to be treated but he was not healed.  Then a nurse told him he should take his son to church for prayers and the boy would be well.  They visited a church and the pastor prayed for his son yet the boy died.  So according to the man, even God has disappointed him.  We took time to explain the love of God towards us and how Christ died for us.  Before we left the man accepted Jesus as Savior and asked us to visit often. Glory be to God!

We thank God for saving these wonderful souls. I am sending the rest of the evangelism pictures as well.

God bless you all
