Outreach to Emparkadan (In the Volta Region of Ghana)- September 4, 2019

The Outreach Team Evangelists Harrison, David and Matthew

The Outreach team travelled to Emparkadan in the Volta Region of Ghana on 4th of September 2019.  The town is known  to be one of idol worship and poverty, hence, it’s a stronghold of demonic oppression and the people are blind to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

However, nothing is more powerful in the spiritual realm than the Word of God.

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”   (Hebrews 4:12)

We preached, shared tracts and explained the messages on the tracts.  We shared over 176 tracts and 41 people gave their lives to Christ!

There was one woman whose left leg had been affected by a stroke.  We prayed for her.  She then did away with her walking stick and walked normal to her house!  Glory be to God!

The people were glad to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We ask of your prayers to help deliver the people from bondage.

The team met a woman who had previously experienced a stroke.  The stroke caused her left leg difficulties in walking and moving. In the photo above we see Matthew praying for her leg to be healed
After praying, the woman tries out her leg and discovers Jesus healed her!
No more pain- no more walking stick! She walks home and her son carries her cane.
Glory to God!  Here are a few other pictures from the outreach.
Please pray for the people of Emparkadam.  Pray that the Lord would deliver them from bondage and show them the truth of Himself- that He is the one, true God worthy of all praise, honor, and glory.  There is none like Him!
