Outreach to Adakluwaya – Nov. 30 – Dec. 2, 2022

May God bless C.M.M. and all our partners this Christmas Season!

This time the C.M.M. Evangelism Team traveled to Adakluwaya in the Volta Region.  We left Accra on Wednesday, the 30th of November, and stayed in Adakluwaya until Friday,  December 2nd, 2022.  Many souls made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.   Praise God!!

Adakluwaya is about 177 kilometers (about 110 miles) from Accra and it took about 3 hours and 40 minutes to drive there.

Adakluwaya is a pagan community.  Most are farmers who believe in celebrating the harvest of their crops and dedicating it to the “farm god”.   This is a long-standing tradition so we had a lot of work to do in that area.  Of course, we could not cover the entire area in one short trip but while there, we went from house to house, on the streets and shops sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and passing out tracts to those who would receive them.   But several of these same pagans who previously didn’t want anything to do with the Gospel received the Good News and made tremendous decisions for Jesus Christ.

In summarizing our trip, about 605 Gospel tracts were given to those who would receive them and that resulted in 177 souls being saved.  Over 20 who had once known the Lord but had backslidden, gladly re-dedicated their lives to Christ.

Glory be to God for a successful Outreach!

The Outreach Team Members were: John, Matthew, and David.

God bless all our partners for making it possible to bring the living Jesus to the dying world!

Best Regards

Bro. John Harrison
