Outreach to Akim Akroso- March 20-21, 2019

Another outreach took place in Akim Akroso on March 20 and 21, 2019.  Covenant Messenger members Matthew, David, John, and Michael shared the Word of God through tracts and prayed for the people.  Approximately 267 tracts were shared and 41 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior!

Praying with a young man.
The team also met a young man who had served the god of his forefathers, Juju, since his youth.  After explaining to him the Gospel message written in the tract, Free Lunch, this man committed his life to Jesus Christ!

Praying with the man to accept Jesus as His new Lord and Savior!

Scripture says in Isaiah 43:10-11, “You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he.  Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.  I, even I, am the Lord, and apart from me there is no savior.”

There is no god other than the Lord God Almighty.  There is no savior other than Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  If you have not asked the Lord Jesus to save you from your sins, what are you waiting for?  Jesus Christ died on the cross and His shed blood was spilled to pay our death penalty.  He did this for YOU because Jesus recklessly loves YOU.  But that’s not the end of the story, Jesus didn’t stay dead!  He rose from the grave because He is all-powerful and one with God, the Father.
Commit your life to Jesus Christ and pledge to follow Him.  Confess your sins, because He freely forgives you.  Tell Him that you believe that He died and rose for you . . . and thank Him for it!
And finally, look forward to that one glorious day when you will meet Jesus Christ face to face in Heaven.
