From Rev. Cornelius in India: Widows Receive Bread, Dalits Receive Jesus – From Pastor Raj, 37 People Saved!

Reports are coming in daily from Pastor Sikala Cornelius in one part of India and also from Pastor Raj and his father, Rev. Dinesh, in another part of India.

Pastor Cornelius reports that he was able to bless several widows with loaves of bread.  As he explains, in India many of the widows are rejected by their families and put out of home to survive on their own.  They have very few people to help with shelter, food, and clothing.   You can imagine how much of a blessing it was to receive free loaves of bread.

Pastor Cornelius and others traveled to a distant village to share the Gospel with a people who worshiped various false gods such as trees, stones, animals, etc.   But despite their former beliefs, Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.”   To people in spiritual darkness, the Gospel message is like a floodlight exposing sin and illuminating love, grace, deliverance and liberty in Jesus Christ for the first time in their lives.   These people had never heard of Jesus or the Gospel.  So this day will be recorded in the annals of Heaven as a milestone in that part of the world.   GLORY!!!!

From Pastor Raj and his father, Pastor Dinesh, we received a report of their two-day evangelism to two remote villages.  They passed out New Testament Bibles and up to 400 Gospel tracts.   In the evening they ministered in a slum area and many people gathered for the service.  At the altar call 41 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ!   Below are a few photos taken of them witnessing.   Today they reported another 7 souls saved!
