Outreach To Bussia – May 28, 2020

Above is the Covenant Messenger Ministries Evangelism Team

Greetings in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

On May 28th, 2020 by the grace of God the CMM team journeyed once again to the Western Region of Ghana and specifically to a town called Bussia.  The town was named after the second prime minister of GHANA,  Dr. Bussia who was Prime Minister from 1969 until 1972 when he was overthrown by the military.

We travelled 259 kilometres from Accra to Bussia about 5 hours drive.  We got there in the afternoon around 1 p.m.   As we normally do by observing safety protocols by wearing face mask, washing our hands with soap in a running water, sanitized our hand frequently  and maintaining social distance.    Many people didn’t believe the Covid-19 pandemic existed so we assured them it was true and explained it to them how to avoid it as much as possible.  We shared tracts,  preached and explained the beautiful messages on the tracts to the understanding of the people.   They received the word with joy and out of the 341 tracts that we shared, 78 people accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior.  Glory be to God!  We also prayed for the sick and we believe God has healed them.

We praise God for building a hedge of protection around always.     We bless God for a successful trip and back safely.
