Danfa Graduation – January 20, 2019

Julie and I are very grateful to Dr. Jerry Smith and his lovely wife, Paula, for making the trip to Ghana each year to officiate at graduation and ordination ceremonies for Covenant Messenger Ministries.  Besides having their own ministry, Dr. Smith is president of the C.M.M. School of the Bible.  The Smiths travel world-wide together sharing the Gospel, ministering under the power of the Holy Spirit and following His leading wherever they are called to go.

On January 20, 2019, the Smiths officiated the graduation of 17 students at Danfa, Ghana. Accompanying the Smiths was the Covenant Messenger Ministries director, Joseph Boachie Danquah of Accra.

Danfa is about 16 miles north of Accra, the nation’s capital city. Graduation services were held at Christ Palace Church pastored by Rev. Philip Osei.  Rev. Osei is a graduate of C.M.M. School of the Bible and after graduating he opened this branch of the school at Danfa and another at Akosombo, about 40 miles N.E. of Accra.  In addition, Rev. Osei plans to establish two more schools.

Of the seventeen students that graduated on this day at Danfa, seven were ordained into the service of our Lord.  We are certain that now their part of the world will never be the same.  Below are a few photos of the event.
