Now the men are almost done but first they promise that they will share their possessions with each other. If one of them needs something that the other doesn’t have then it will be freely given to him by his Blood Covenant partner.
If one of them is in debt and his partner has enough money of his own to help then he is expected to offer his help help his partner get out of debt.
This promise is extended to the families of each partner. If one dies then the other is expected to raise children of his deceased partner as if they were his very own.
~ TODAY WE HAVE A BETTER COVENANT, AS PROPHESIED BY JEREMIAH 31:31 ~
IN THE NEW COVENANT: When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior we are entering into a Blood Covenant. We become a part of a new family and are called the Children of God.
The Covenant terms are in the Bible which includes over 300 promises of God to anyone accepting Jesus as their Covenant Partner and Blood Brother. Our obligation is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind . . . . . . and ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ ” Matthew 22:37, 39.
