About C.M.M. Ghana:  The ministry in Ghana had a small beginning in 1995 when we shipped thousands of tracts to Africa. At one time we received an average of 50 letters per day asking for more tracts, Bibles, and teaching materials.  It became evident that a distribution point was needed, so an office was opened in Accra, Ghana.  Very soon an evangelism team was organized and outreaches to remote areas became a regular part of the ministry. Later, video Bible schools were formed in villages.  The C.M.M. team would ride a bus as close to the villages, and from there they would carry the projectors and videos to the villages. Thousands of students graduated, and most were also ordained for ministry during that time. Our good friends of Holy Spirit Ministries, Int’l., Dr. Jerry Smith, and his wife Paula, traveled yearly to conduct the graduations and ordinations. Dr. Smith is now with the Lord, but his wife Paula, along with their daughter Stacey and her husband David Limerick, are continuing the ministry.

In February 2024, Julie and I concluded that in this “race” for salvations before the return of our Lord, it was appropriate for us to hand over the leadership of the ministry in Ghana, West Africa, to others.  We proposed the idea to Paula Smith, Stacey, and David Limerick, and they agreed to do it. We were blessed knowing that part of our ministry will be in good hands and be led by the Holy Spirit.

Julie and I are still blessed by supporting Grace Children’s Home and Bethesda Leper Colony in India. On the following pages, you will not only find reports about them but if you scroll down several pages, there are past reports of the work in Ghana.

Thanks for looking, we hope you will be blessed!

Please read the following accounts of salvations, deliverances, and healings, and may you be blessed as you do.

Evangelizing In India – July 2021

Rev. Cornelius and volunteers are keeping busy these days fulfilling the Great Commission by evangelizing the lost and feeding the hungry in their homeland of India.  India has always had more than its share of homeless and hungry people but in this pandemic which is still taking lives, the number of people needing support has increased dramatically.   Much prayer is needed for India during these difficult times. Below are photos of an assistant to Rev. Cornelius appropriately named "Moses" and his wife, Mary, as they share tracts and the Gospel with people of one village.  In the process, 23 people ...

Rice for Pastors in India – June 2021

In June about 50 pastors in India were helped by providing each of them with a 22 lb. bag of rice.  The pastors have been struggling to support their families but because of the pandemic, they are not able to conduct regular church services and consequently, are not receiving tithes and wages.   Our many thanks to one anonymous individual in particular who was led to give towards this need.  Because of this one offering, prayers were answered and many people were blessed.   Distribution of the rice was done over the period of two days as most of the pastors ...

People Suffering From Hunger Are Helped – May & June 2021

During the months of May and June, 2021, this ministry has helped and is continuing to help to feed the poor in and around the area of Grace Prayer Church in India.   The pandemic is continuing and people are suffering, if not from Covid-19, then from hunger because of the lockdown.  Rev. Cornelius and a few volunteers prepare and distribute the food on a regular basis.    On top of the problem of Covid pandemic and lockdown, some villages were destroyed by flooding.  Rev. Cornelius and volunteers were able to feed some of the people there who have lost their ...

15 Families Receive A 22 LB. Bag of Rice Each

On May 21, Rev. Cornelius and volunteers visited a village that has been suffering from hunger during the Covid lockdown.   One bag weighing 22 lbs. was given to each family totaling 15 families.  We were sent these photos below.  With all the smiling faces we had to share them with you.   Thanks to everyone who helped make this possible. (By the way, one 22 lb. bag of rice costs just $5.50 and will feed a family of three for one week.)          ...

Feeding the Hungry On A Street In India – May 2021

In May, 2021, Rev. Cornelius and volunteers took cooked rice to a street and fed the hungry.  Most of them were mothers with children and also widows who have no support.  As the pot of rice came close to being empty, several children clamored around the man begging for some food.  As you can see in the video, they were truly hungry.    Covenant Messenger Ministries is very blessed to be able to support Rev. Cornelius, his orphanage and many other projects such as wells for water, teaching women to sew, feeding the hungry, and most of all, evangelizing the ...

Smiling Faces

Although conditions for the poor in the streets are bleak, the children and widows of Grace Children's Home are blessed with food.   As you can see in many of the photos, the smiling faces reflect the joy of being able to wake up each morning knowing there will be food for the day.  Of course, there are days without food so those are days of fasting and praying for God's provision.   Thanks to you, there were smiles on their faces on this particular day in May!   God bless you for considering the poor, the orphans, the homeless, and the widows ...

Feeding the Hungry on the Streets of India

The youth of Pastor Cornelius's church in India recently went to the streets to pass out 250 packets of food to the poor.   Thousands are dying of covid.  Even if they could afford a doctor there are no beds available in the hospitals.   Many are unable to earn a wage because of a 20 hour lockdown so they go hungry.    It costs 50 Indian rupees, about 68 cents, for one packet of food that feed one person for a whole day.  Please consider giving something to help feed the poor in India.    Just $5 will feed 7 people.  ...

600 Eggs Distributed to the Poor.

Today, May 3, 2021, Rev. Cornelius blessed several children with protein in the form of eggs.  We take eggs for granted in America but to the poor in India, the Dalits, eggs are a blessing and a rarity.   Thanks to those who have a burden on their hearts for the poor, we were able to pass  enough money to Rev. Cornelius to purchase 600 eggs.  They were bagged six to a bag.  That is one egg per day for a week for each child.    Were they appreciated?  Just look at the smiles on their faces. Thanks to all who ...

April Blessings for Grace Children’s Home – India 2021

It is always a blessing to receive photos from Rev. Cornelius in India.   This time we received photos of the children of Grace Children's Home.   It was a great time for everyone including the children, the staff, and some widows who rely on the Home for food.   We were able to send a little extra support money to the home which permitted Rev. Cornelius to purchase soft drinks for the children.  You can see the smiles on their faces.   Rev. Cornelius has a great heart for the children and also for people in general. I am always impressed seeing the ...

Church Construction in India – April 2021

In a remote village in India a faithful congregation of poor villagers dig out the foundation for a new church by hand.  No running water is available nor do they have a water well.  Water is carried to the location.   They are asking for some financial help to be able to finish construction.  Materials needed are cement, tin for a roof, and especially a well for water.  Click here to see a short video of the work in progress:  https://youtu.be/kYd0jn9QUj8 If you feel led to donate to help them with purchasing materials click on the "Support Us" link at the top-right ...
